Summer Style Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Summer Style Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Boston Proper (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who submit an entry at bostonproper.com/summerstyle. The Sweepstakes is open worldwide and void where prohibited by law.

Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Boston Proper, as well as their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering, you (“Entrant”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 23, 2026 at 3:00 AM EST and ends on May 30, 2026 at 11:00 PM EST (the “Entry Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the official entry form available at:
https://www.bostonproper.com/summerstyle

All required fields must be completed to be eligible. Entries must comply with all requirements outlined in these Official Rules.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise specified
  • Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent rules is prohibited
  • Entries generated by script, bot, or fraudulent means will be disqualified

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates these rules.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • $500 Boston Proper Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value: $500 USD)

Prize details:

  • No cash alternative or substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion
  • Prize is non-transferable
  • Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and expenses

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor.

The winner will be notified within 14 days of selection via the contact information provided at entry.

If the winner:

  • Cannot be contacted
  • Is ineligible
  • Fails to respond within 7 days

…the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

You represent that your entry does not infringe upon any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boston Proper from any claims arising from your entry.

10. Terms & Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who:

  • Tampers with the entry process
  • Violates these rules
  • Uses automated or fraudulent methods

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Boston Proper and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize, including but not limited to technical errors, lost entries, or system failures.

12. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States.

All disputes shall be resolved individually (no class actions) in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Winners List

To request the winner’s name, contact the Sponsor within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

14. Social Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social platform.

15. Acceptance of Rules

By participating, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Official Rules.
