First things first, make sure you’re logged in! Once you’ve added items to your cart, head over to the checkout page. Select the discount you’d like to redeem from the drop-down menu and select “Apply.” Please note that rewards cannot be applied to orders where the reward value exceeds the order subtotal. A minimum order amount's required to redeem any reward.

Your points will expire after 12 months of the date they were earned.

Sorry, we do not allow discount stacking on an individual order.  You can only use one discount code or reward point offer on a single purchase.

Once you’ve earned your tier, you will retain that tier for 12 months. To maintain your tier status you will need to spend the minimum amount required for that tier before your 12 months are up to requalify. If a member does not requalify for their previously held tier, they will be moved to the tier they are eligible for at the end of the 12 month period. For example: If you earn Elite status on 1/1/24, you will have to place orders totaling $500+ before 1/1/25 or you will be moved to the appropriate tier.
