We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Sorry, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Boston Proper's Effortless Returns - 30 Day Return Policy

Returns made within 30 days of purchase are graciously accepted! Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered. Merchandise deemed defective by Beyond Proper may also be returned within 30 days. Swimwear must have original tags and hygienic line intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund gift cards, e-gift cards, or gift boxes. Merchandise purchased through our catalog or website may be returned via mail. Please allow 14 days to process your return.

Returns made with the original packing slip (a.k.a. "receipt") will be refunded in the original tender. If you do not have your packing slip but we are able to verify your purchase through your account information or credit card, you will be refunded in the original tender. Otherwise, a merchandise credit for the item's lowest selling price will be provided.


NO FEE Returns and Exchanges 

There is no fee for returns (and exchanges)! Simply complete the online returns process and print out your Return Packing Slip and Return Label. If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Boston Proper is not responsible for packages lost during transit.

Merchandise sent to us for exchange or refund must be unworn and unwashed, unaltered, or arrived defective and must be sent back within 30 days or receipt. Sale merchandise marked with a $.98 ending is final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. 

If you prefer to have your exchanged items shipped prior to the return arriving in the warehouse, place a new order online. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return as outlined above. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different item within 30 days of purchase, you may visit us online here. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return as outlined above.

Please note that we do not process returns as our corporate office or sales center.  Returns shipped to our corporate office or sales center may result in a shipping fee or items may be returned to you at your expense. Items returned to us that are outside our return policy, may also result in a return shipping fee.

Final Sale

Merchandise marked "final sale" is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment. Merchandise prices ending in $.98 indicate final sale. 

Price Adjustment Policy

If the price of an item you purchased is marked down within 10 days of original purchase, a one-time price adjustment may be made by contacting our Customer Service team.
