Boston Proper's Effortless Returns - 60 Day Return Policy
Returns made within 60 days of purchase are graciously accepted! Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of gift cards, gift e-cards, or gift boxes. Merchandise purchased through our catalog or website may be returned via mail.
Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded in the original tender. If you do not have your receipt but we are able to verify your purchase through your account information or credit card, you will be refunded in the original tender. Otherwise, a merchandise credit for the item's lowest selling price will be provided.
Effortless Returns by Mail
Simply use the Prepaid Return Shipping Label included with your order. Please note that when we receive your return, we will deduct $7.00 from your refund for handling fees. If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery.

While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange for the same item in a different size or color free of additional shipping and handling charges within 60 days of purchase.
Simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/color you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed, or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.

Merchandise marked as final sale is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not subject to our Price Adjustment Policy.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 60 days of your original purchase, please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-243-4300 or email@example.com in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number, which is required in order to process your return. Our Customer Service will provide you with detailed instructions regarding how to return your purchase. If you return any item(s), our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item(s) in the same currency and at the same exchange rate as your original purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
