It's simple! We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 60 days for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund. Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable.
Boston Proper's Effortless Returns - 60 Day Return Policy
Returns made within 60 days of purchase are graciously accepted! Returned or exchanged jewelry or apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition unless the jewelry or apparel is defective. Returned or exchanged of all other merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unopened, and in resellable condition unless the merchandise is defective. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of gift cards, gift e-cards, or gift boxes. Merchandise purchased in a boutique must be returned to a boutique. Merchandise purchased through our catalog or website may be returned to a boutique or via mail.
Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded in the original tender. If you do not have your receipt but we are able to verify your purchase through your account information or credit card, you will be refunded in the original tender. Otherwise, a merchandise credit for the item's lowest selling price will be provided.
Effortless Returns by Mail
Simply use the Prepaid Return Shipping Label included with your order. Please note that when we receive your return, we will deduct $7.00 from your refund for handling fees. If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery.

While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange for the same item in a different size or color free of additional shipping charges within 60 days of purchase.
Simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/color you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed, or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.
