2009 Holiday Shopping Spree Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary
1.How to enter to win a $1,000 Shopping Spree from Boston Proper. (Prize details below): For every $200 in purchases you
make between 10/25/09 and 11/21/09 from Boston Proper (including shipping, handling and applicable taxes), you will be
automatically entered. For example, for a $600 purchase, you will be entered three times. To enter without making a purchase,
complete our Official Electronic Entry Form. (limit one entry per email address.)
2.Random Drawing: A random drawing will be held on or about December 1st, 2009 from among all eligible entries received.
Decisions of judges are final. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone, mail or email at Sponsor's discretion.
Limit one prize per person/household.
3.CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You have not yet won. All entries must be received by
11/21/09 at midnight EST. Open only to legal U.S. residents 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
One (1) Grand Prize: $1,000 Gift Certificate. Grand Prize consists of $1,000 Boston Proper gift certificate redeemable online
or by phone for apparel and accessories of consumer's choice from Boston Proper. Gift certificate has no cash value.
Nine (9) Runner-up prizes: $100 Gift certificate. Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

4.General Rules:
Employees of Boston Proper, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family members and/or those
living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. No substitution of prizes permitted except
by Sponsor if advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All materials submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will
not be returned. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity within 7 days of notification or an alternate
will be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness
for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion,
entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical,
error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
